Information you choose to provide

Our project forms ask for contact details, business information and information about the work you are requesting. The postcard form also asks for advertising details and optional artwork or website links. We use this information to respond, discuss the project and prepare requested work.

Files, links and payment information

Only share files and links you are authorized to provide. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in project forms. Card payments through the linked checkout are handled by Stripe.

Website and service providers

This site uses WordPress.com hosting, WordPress plugins and form tools. These services may process information needed to deliver the website, handle inquiries, filter spam and operate their services. Their own privacy information also applies to their processing. See Automattic’s privacy policy and Stripe’s privacy policy.

For questions about information you have sent, or to request a correction or deletion, email contact@redriverwebmedia.com. Please identify the relevant inquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
